Refund policy

CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours before they are due to be picked up or shipped from our facility. Please contact us at info@simwells.com to request a cancellation.

Please be sure to include in the subject line that you are seeking a cancellation, (i.e. [CANCELLATION] Order # and Full Name)

If you receive a shipping confirmation email before you contact us for cancellation, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. Please check our return policy.

 

RETURN

It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the items upon delivery.

In case you observe damaged or missing items, you must inform SIMWELLS within 7 days after the delivery. SIMWELLS may in such case provide you with identical replacement item in its discretion and may request additional information to support your claim.

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase or delivery (if such delivery date is verified through a delivery receipt). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

We also recommend that you use a traceable shipping method, so you can track your shipment back to us for a truly flawless return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.) If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days after you receive the notification email, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time refund to be posted to your account. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@simwells.com

 

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@simwells.com and send your item to: 4539 N Pulaski Rd. Chicago IL 60630
