SHIPPING
All online orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of your order placement Monday-Friday via UPS Priority Mail. If your order is placed after 10am CST on Friday, it will be processed and shipped the following week. (In the event of a nationally recognized holiday, orders will be processed the following business day).
Tracking information will be sent in a separate email once we shipped your order. If you don’t receive the tracking information please check your junk or spam folders as well. If your order states delivered according to tracking we recommend contacting the shipping agency, UPS, to locate your shipment.
We are not liable for any damages that occur due to unattended packages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping agency due to weather, mechanical error, natural disaster, or inaccurate shipping information.
During times of extreme cold or heat, we reserve the right to hold your order until we can ensure safer shipping conditions. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather SIMWELLS cannot be held responsible for the condition of your order once delivered.
